This is great! I’m only sorry to say that the least appetising one (well, for me) is the Japanese one. I don’t like it at all. Do you think that they should’ve used an umeboshi instead? That’s the traditional way of portraying the Japanese flag in food terms, and many an unsuspecting student or salaryman has opened their lunchbox to find, quite simply, a large pickled plum placed on a bed of white rice. I think I may have done this a few times myself.
